About Me
Misha has been at the forefront of the FinTech’s changing landscape and has influenced some of the industry’s most innovative programs and initiatives. She deeply understands how to create value for the participants in the FinTech ecosystem as they continue to make an impact within their organisations and communities.
Misha has recently launched the Haus of FinTech – an organization which bridges the worlds of FinTech and social impact.
In addition, Misha has been advising global brands on their go-to-market FinTech strategy. Most recently she was the architect of the global FinTech strategy for Shearman & Sterling which resulted in the launch of the firm’s FinTech practice globally.
Prior to Haus of FinTech, Misha was the Global Development Director at Innovate Finance, UK’s FinTech industry body. Her role was to raise the profile for UK FinTech globally; and founded the preeminent flagship conference, Innovate Finance Global Summit. Misha was also responsible for creating the Global FinTech Hubs Federation, an independent and inclusive global network of 55+ emerging and established FinTech hubs that helps to foster innovation across the world’s financial services industry
She spent her formative years in strategic marketing, social impact and traveling the globe, which has shaped the foundation of her work. She is a student of self-development and constantly improving her own skills, bringing mastery and meaning to her work and life so that she can do the same for others.
