About Me
I am an attorney with diverse experience working in-house and as a compliance consultant. My practice focuses on bank and financial services regulation and financial technology. I am licensed in both New York and New Jersey.
I have worked with financial institutions and FinTech companies on transactional matters (including M&A), assessment of the impact of regulations to their businesses, strategic design and implementation of enhanced regulatory compliance and risk management programs, internal investigations, regulatory affairs, and remedial initiatives in response to regulatory examination results.
My interests lie at the intersection of the public and private sectors. I earned a joint JD-MBA at Hofstra University, concentrating my studies on international law and financial services regulation. I also earned a Master of Arts degree in Middle East Studies at Ben-Gurion University in Israel. I am fluent in Hebrew and have studied Arabic, French, and Spanish.
